Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the food service team to ensure consistent delivery of our high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the profitability of the business.
  • Collaborate with team members to participate in meetings and training programs, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards.
  • Engage with clients, executives, and hourly team members to build strong relationships and foster a positive work environment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and management requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service supervision.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong cash handling skills and experience with bank reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of POS systems preferred.
