Responsibilities
- Identify and attract high-performing professionals by leveraging your network, social media, and other channels.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet activity and productivity goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to foster creativity and innovation within the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,500 - $111,000
- Variable Bonus: Up to $26,000
- Total Compensation: Estimated at $106,500 - $137,000
