Local Intermodal Truck Driver Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Local Intermodal Truck Driver to join our team at Schneider National. As a Local Intermodal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 99% no-touch freight that is mostly drop-and-hook. You will drive in and out of railyards within North Central Utah.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis
* Drive in and out of railyards within North Central Utah
* 99% no-touch freight that is mostly drop-and-hook

**Requirements**

* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
* Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
* Live within 40 miles of Salt Lake City, UT
* Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience
