Cabinet Craftsman

Morgan Millworks is seeking a skilled Cabinet Builder to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. As a Cabinet Builder, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinetry that meets our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret architectural and cabinet layout drawings to create accurate cabinetry.
• Operate power and hand tools, including table saws, shapers, nail and staple guns, routers, and belt sanders.
• Prepare and package finished products for shipping.
• Identify and resolve issues with specifications and drawings.
• Perform clean-up and organization of storage, tool crib, and shop floor areas.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a cabinet builder (preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Familiarity with touch-up processes and prep for finishing.
• Knowledge of metal break, shear, and inlay materials.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Work primarily takes place on-site or in clients' homes.
• Occasional exposure to dust, moving machinery, electrical hazards, and varying weather conditions.
• Moderate to high noise levels can be expected depending on the location.
