We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Health & Services. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
