Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to fill a 13-week travel assignment in Deming, New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in medical imaging
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the examination process

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Sonographer preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and operate computer systems
