Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join our team at Jaraysi Law, LLC. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, handling case files from start to finish, and working closely with our team of legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
  • Conduct research on case law and gather evidence relevant to the case
  • Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to clients
  • Review, modify, and draft legal documents, including motions, discovery responses, and pleadings
  • Settle cases on behalf of clients and negotiate reasonable agreements
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to legal assistants and other team members
  • Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to collect information
  • Record and update the status of case files in our case management system

Requirements:

  • 5+ trials under your belt
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Membership in the State Bar of Georgia and a state license to practice law
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of personal injury law
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree required
