Join Our Team as a Resident Care Partner

This part-time evening position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a Resident Care Partner, you will provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing general housekeeping duties
  • Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents
  • Collaborate with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks
  • Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility
  • Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations
  • Based on state requirement - Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required)
  • Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s)
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members
