Position Overview

Role Summary: The Taxation Specialist will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and examination of various tax filings, including corporate tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065) and individual tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of corporate and individual tax returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Managing and finalizing tax returns for high net-worth clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a CPA or be an IRS Certified Tax Preparer.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax return preparation.
  • Proficiency in handling complex tax situations.

Additional Skills: Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil is considered a valuable asset.
