About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Southern California. As an Occupational Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with young children in their natural environment, providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environment
  • Provide parent education and home programs related to treatment goals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating clinicians
  • Support and facilitate each child's progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationships
  • Complete biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools
Requirements
  • Education: Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure in California (or eligible)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB test
  • Desire to work with patients in home setting is required
  • Pediatric experience is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
