Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Skating Coach to join our team at The Rinks Foundation. As a Junior Skating Coach, you will be responsible for assisting in the instruction of group skating classes, supporting company events, and promoting The Rinks Foundation's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the instruction of group skating classes, including Learn-to-Skate, Off-Ice, and Roller Skating programs.
  • Support company events, such as facility shows and competitions.
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to skaters.
  • Maintain a professional and ethical approach to growing clientele.
  • Meet all company standards and comply with instructor guidelines and requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in figure skating, roller skating, or off-ice discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of discipline of choice.
  • Actively pursuing education opportunities within the sport.
  • Current LTS USA Instructor Membership or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • USA Roller Sports Coach Membership or equivalent.
  • Passion for growing the sport of figure skating, roller skating, or off-ice discipline.
