Overview:

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define financial objectives and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational goals.
Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability.
Implement and manage financial systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency and streamline processes.

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong analytical skills with a talent for converting complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
Experience with financial planning software tools, such as Planful.

Compensation:
$140k-$160k + bonus & equity
