Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a High Highway Infrastructure Developer will include:

  • Developing and managing contract documents for large-scale highway infrastructure projects
  • Analyzing design issues and developing solutions to ensure compliance with client quality requirements
  • Mentoring young staff members and providing technical guidance to support their growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in highway infrastructure development. Additionally, you should be proficient in CAD software and have excellent written and communication skills. Leadership abilities and DOT pre-certification are also desirable.
