Job Description

As a Surface Finish Specialist at Summit Interconnect, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality circuit boards.

You will be responsible for manually submerging panels and operating repetitive plating and wet process machines to electroplate/tinplate circuits onto panels.

Your duties will include:

  1. Ensuring high-quality finishes on circuit boards through precise control of electroplating equipment.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of chemical bath levels and performing additions as directed by the lab team.
  3. Performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning screens and making chemistry adjustments under lab direction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $20.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
