About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineer to join our Technical Department in Albiate, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for boosting our Technical Department's capability in understanding and transferring new products to our Albiate and Lavis factory. Your main mission will be to support Purchasing, Quality, and Production in this process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new products, including technical drawings, BOMs, and instructions
  • Participate in Value Engineering activities to improve product design and manufacturing processes
  • Set up BOMs in cooperation with Purchasing
  • Support Purchasing and Quality in Supply Chain Management and Development
  • Support Production and LEAN functions to optimize operational performance
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a structured company
  • Experience with ERP systems, including BOMs
  • University degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering (min 3 years)
  • Good knowledge of CAD 2D and 3D design, MS Office, and PDM environment
  • Basic knowledge of automation engineering and electrical schematics
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, including cutting, bending, forming, welding, and finishing
