The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Center in Olathe, KS. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
