School Psychologist Position for Title 1 Caseload

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a School Psychologist to join our team near Bellevue, WA. This full-time position is dedicated to serving a Title 1, Dual Language Spanish caseload.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic school community, providing critical support to students in need.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Title 1 schools or with diverse populations, as well as strong understanding of IDEA regulations and culturally responsive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and reevaluations to assess student needs in cognitive, academic, and social-emotional areas.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to interpret results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and review individualized education plans (IEPs) to address specific student needs.
- Provide consultation to staff and families to support students' academic and social success.
- Facilitate interventions and strategies for culturally and linguistically diverse students.
- Attend IEP and other team meetings to share insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid Washington State ESA Certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in Title 1 schools or with diverse populations preferred.
- Strong understanding of IDEA regulations and culturally responsive practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
