PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, leveraging a defined sales process to identify and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, leveraging product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
