Your Role in Our Mission
In this position, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive workplace culture for staff and a welcoming, productive environment for our club members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively implementing and managing programs, services, and activities that engage teens, promoting participation and ensuring consistent attendance.
  • Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment in the teen areas, including daily cleaning, setup, and closure of program spaces.
  • Providing emotional support to members, fostering social development, and promoting positive self-esteem. Building rapport with teens and offering mentorship, guidance, and direction for their leadership, artistic, physical, and academic growth.
  • Monitoring and assessing programs and activities to guarantee member safety, program quality, and the overall appearance of the club.
  • Engaging club members in activities while ensuring a secure environment.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment Level 2 background check and drug screening.
  • This is a part-time position with preferred availability from Monday to Friday, 2-7 pm.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience or skills is necessary.
  • Preferred certifications in specific skill-based activities.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
  • A valid State Driver's License is required.
  • Experience working with children and a solid understanding of youth development principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A demonstrated strong work ethic, positive attitude, high energy, and adaptability.
