Job Summary

We are seeking a Therapist to join our Adult and Family Services Therapy Program. As a Therapist, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and needs, providing high-quality clinical assessments, treatment plans, and interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and interact with a caseload of clients, conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical interventions and referrals for clients based on their needs, empowering them to develop and nurture the knowledge, skills, and support systems crucial to promoting optimal functioning in the community.
  • Continually assess clients for lack of progress, progress, or emergent needs and address those needs clinically.
  • Communicate and collaborate with an internal multi-disciplinary team to address various aspects of wellness and ensure positive communication regarding the coordination of client care.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a social science field.
  • Active Provisional Counselor license (PLPC) through the state of Missouri or a Master Social Worker license (LMSW) with registered supervision with the Missouri Division of Professional Registration for licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
  • Two (2) years of experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.
  • Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
