Position Overview
This full-time, on-site position is for a handyman at Beehive Pros. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of maintenance and repair responsibilities for our clientele. Your duties will encompass plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep. You will be working at diverse locations, ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in various handyman tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Proof of relevant education, training, or licensing
- Strong knowledge of general property maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams regarding upcoming jobs and priority service requests
- Strong attention to detail and capability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness and capability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman capacity is advantageous
- Trade certifications or licenses are beneficial
