INTRODUCTION

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The total compensation for the Senior Electrical Project Coordinator position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, based on experience, with potential for higher compensation for candidates with outstanding qualifications and a proven track record.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble and cultivate effective teams for each project, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations, adhere to project scope, and are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Enhance division profitability through proficient project management.
  • Establish and implement project management strategies, including scheduling, procurement, contractual obligations, personnel assignments, and resource planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction sector.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with construction management teams.
  • Thorough understanding of project timelines, bidding processes, take-offs, change orders, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and contribute to securing projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a profitable project portfolio.
  • Outstanding initiative, execution, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership capabilities.
  • A degree in Construction Management is advantageous.
  • Possession of a Journeyman or Master Electrician's license is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education degree
  • Field experience
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician's license
