Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at FSI Oil & Propane. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on heating and cooling systems for residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems
  • Conduct on-site inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement planned maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Valid Massachusetts or Connecticut Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Massachusetts Oil Burners License, Gas Fitters, LP Installers, or equivalent certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
