Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to lead our plant maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to achieve optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure maintenance performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership roles in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and PSM principles.
  • Experience with CAD and TPM principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 + 10% bonus + excellent 401k match + relocation assistance.

Location: Moberly, MO.
