Responsibilities- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages, prioritizing their needs and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions, coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Provide general nursing care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within specified timeframes.
