Job Title: Operating Room Tech / Operating Room Open Heart

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Fargo, North Dakota.

Job Summary:

As an Operating Room Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons and nurses, maintaining sterile conditions, and transporting patients to and from surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Prep the operating room and surgical tools and equipment
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures
  • Maintain sterile conditions throughout the operating room
  • Transport patients to and from surgery
  • Assist with cleaning the operating room after procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Trauma Experience preferred, not required
  • Travel experience preferred, not required
