Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Pelham, NH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations and interventions.
  • Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies to support students' speech and language development.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid New Hampshire SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
