Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: One to three years of experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
  • Certifications: Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Patient Care: Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Procedure Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on the unit.
  • Cleanliness and Supply Management: Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Technical and Motor Skills: Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
  • Sensory Abilities: Visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate.
