  • Job type: Full-Time
  • Scheduling: Flexible Based on Personal Accountability
  • 90% reload network - ensuring continuous movement
Compensation & Bonuses
  • Average earnings: Between $200,000-$300,000 based on experience, route types, and locations
  • Owner-operators receive 62% of billable freight charges. Transparent operations, no hidden fees. Paid weekly.
  • Fuel Stabilization Program designed to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. All miles pay fuel on a variable scale, adjusting weekly according to fuel prices.
  • Sign-on bonus of $8,000
  • Referral Bonus Program eligibility with initial earnings of $4,500 and ongoing monthly bonuses of 5% of the new driver's line haul revenue for two years.
