Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeeping Professionals. As a Housekeeping Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and tidy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough and detailed cleaning services to clients' homes
  • Use our proprietary Detail-Clean Rotation System to ensure a high level of quality and consistency
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Be able to lift up to 15 pounds and be on your feet for long periods
  • Have a valid driver's license, car, and car insurance

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $11.25/hour with a $.50 raise after the first 30 days
  • Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with no weekends
  • Paid holidays and paid vacations
  • Mileage reimbursement
