Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze patient assessment data and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff members to promote health and wellness.
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare entities and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example and serve as a subject matter expert and clinical mentor within the practice.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure from the state of employment or LPN applicant.
  • BLS Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • 1 year of clinical patient care experience (preferred).
  • EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred).
