About the Job Description

This role involves working on-site at our office, where you will be responsible for taking and making outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals. You will provide accurate medical information, refer patients to specialists or facilities as needed, and document all interactions in our system. Previous experience in phone triage is essential, and EPIC experience is highly valued.
