We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Mechanic to join our team at Vector Fleet Management. As a Small Engine Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs on autos and light trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair problems with small engines, diesel engines, and equipment
  • Use hand tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Small Engine Mechanic
  • Experience with small engines, diesel engines, mowers, and small hand-held equipment
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs on autos and light trucks
  • Complete set of hand tools and wheeled tool box
  • ASE/Factory Certifications a plus
  • Trade School Certificates a plus
  • Willingness and ability to advance technical training
