Job Description:

The Telecom Project Lead will oversee the design, planning, and execution of telecom installations. This role requires strong project management and technical skills in telecom construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project cost estimates, covering labor, travel, equipment, and software.
  • Oversee project execution, including resource allocation, budget management, and status reporting.
  • Assess property and client requirements, ensuring project designs align with specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, preconstruction meetings, and final inspections.
  • Coordinate equipment configurations and ensure installations meet industry standards.
  • Travel domestically as needed to support project execution.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction or project management within the telecom infrastructure sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven experience in leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is required to support our Latin American Engineering team.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 75%.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility under the company's insurance policy.
  • Willingness to obtain a Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification, if necessary.
