Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Compounder, your primary duties will include:

  • Evaluating output samples in accordance with industry standards
  • Supervising quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process
  • Measuring, inspecting, and distributing raw materials and packaging
  • Keeping thorough production documentation
  • Documenting inspection outcomes and managing quality databases
  • Analyzing product defects and overseeing rework processes
  • Performing other assigned tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • In-depth understanding of chemical testing and processes
  • Capability to compute and apply formulas
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of sitting and standing
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds
  • Exposure to chemical substances
Work Environment:
  • Combination of laboratory and office settings
  • Frequent presence on the manufacturing floor
  • Noise generated from machinery
