**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Post transactions to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform account reconciliations and review/adjust general ledger accounts in our ERP system.
  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate accounts payable functions.
  • Assist with sales and expense analysis/reports, tying in financial data to analyze company performance.
  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting, as well as client invoicing and accounts receivables.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of accounting ERP system experience, with a preference for experience with Unanet.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
