Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed therapist or social worker to join our Northbrook team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care to clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
  • License or certification as a therapist or social worker (or in-process of obtaining)
  • Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours)
  • Weekend availability (for the first year of employment)
  • Experience with counseling and life experience
  • Panels with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna (a plus)
  • Prior private practice experience (a plus)
