"Key Responsibilities
"* Collaborate with our third-party administrators to ensure day-to-day retirement plan administration is completed in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
"* Work closely with clients to respond to inquiries and provide support regarding plan administration issues.
"* Interpret retirement plan documents, as needed, to ensure accurate administration.
"* Conduct regulatory/compliance research, reading, and reporting, as necessary, to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
"* Assist with annual compliance testing reports and filings, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
"* Prepare Employee Enrollment/Education materials, ensuring clear communication with clients and employees.
"* Review plan sponsor payroll files or spreadsheets, submitting data as needed, to ensure seamless administration.
"* Research issues and field questions from company owners, plan sponsors, human resources, and payroll personnel to resolve problems efficiently.
"* Provide quality service to meet customer needs and resolve problems promptly.
"* Occasionally travel for training and team meetings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
"Required Skills and Qualifications
"* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plan Services.
"* 1-3 years related experience in banking, trusts, or retirement plans.
"* Strong understanding of different retirement plan types and their administration requirements.
"* Ability to read and interpret retirement plan documents accurately.
"* Skilled in building strong client relationships and communicating effectively.
"* Knowledge of retirement plan administration and record-keeping is preferred.
