  • Provide technical support for vascular interventional radiology procedures, including arteriograms, embolizations, drain insertions, and other related procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies, including radiation safety standards and joint commission regulations.
  • Operate imaging equipment according to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Instruct students and residents, performing preceptor duties as necessary.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of hospital information systems.
  • Assist in maintaining supply inventory.
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement assessments and initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical resource to the procedural team, supporting physicians.
  • Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Act as a team member during procedures to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience required.
  • Current RTR Licensure with the State of Delaware.
  • Current A.R.R.T Registration.
