Job Summary:

The City of Davis California is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Police Corporal to join our team. As a key member of our law enforcement department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of duties that promote collaborative problem-solving with our covered communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect crime
  • Collaborate with community members to build trust and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence
  • Operate and maintain law enforcement equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
