Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of Operations Strategy and Services Engineering Cost/Productivity metrics, ensuring effective process tracking across various functions.
- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain Weekly Operating Rhythm (WOR) and Monthly Operating Rhythm (MOR) metrics, coordinating inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the representative for Services Engineering in discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills to convey data and project status accurately.
- Champion lean methodologies and principles, driving cultural transformation and enhancing the operational use of Cost metrics within Services Engineering.
- Develop expertise in your field, serving as a resource for best practices and quality standards while contributing to broader operational strategies and policies.
- Utilize sound judgment to navigate complex tasks and challenges, recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
- Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, effectively communicating complex concepts and influencing perspectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Operations.
- Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in problem analysis and resolution.
- Experience in leading programs and projects.
- Capability to document, plan, market, and execute initiatives.
- Established project management expertise.
