Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Drucker and Falk, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to on-call paging and provide 24-hour support as scheduled by the Maintenance Superintendent.
  • Assist the Maintenance Superintendent and other team members with their work as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and repair.
  • Perform work order requests and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Ensure the grounds are free of litter and maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
  • Operate and perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and display a positive attitude at all times.
  • Be aware of personal hygiene and cleanliness while on the job.
  • Work well with other staff members and be cooperative in helping at other sites when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Superintendent.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
