Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for Full-Time Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Monroe Valley, CA area for the full school year. This is a full-time onsite position involving working with a diverse caseload of students.
About the RoleThis position requires a minimum of 1+ years speech therapy experience and significant experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Speech and Language Therapy Services: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language impairments.
- AAC Techniques: Utilize AAC techniques and tools effectively to support students with communication needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Bachelor's degree not required; Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program preferred.
- Valid California state SLP license or eligibility for licensure required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Proven experience with AAC required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills required.
- Commitment to working onsite required.
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
