About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to medically fragile children in their homes, schools, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members
  • Accurately monitoring and tracking clients' overall health and medical history during every visit
  • Performing various healthcare tasks, such as taking and recording measurements, changing bandages, and verifying medication dosages
  • Providing emotional and psychological support to clients and their families as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 1+ years' nursing experience, preferably in pediatric care
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
  • Current LPN license in the state
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and with directions
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a compassionate demeanor
