1. Develop and produce engaging video content that highlights our brand identity and messaging.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to create creative briefs, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
3. Film and capture footage of our products in action, including installations, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
4. Edit and post-process raw footage into polished and professional videos using industry-standard editing software.
5. Curate and edit user-generated video content to ensure alignment with brand standards and quality requirements.
6. Work with the social media team to integrate video content into social media campaigns and create short-form videos optimized for various platforms.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and incorporate innovative approaches to drive engagement and results.
8. Assist with video equipment setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
9. Manage video assets and maintain an organized library of footage for future projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, videography, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in video production with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video production.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for various digital platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and content creation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
