About the Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced School Psychologist in Enumclaw, WA to support the mental health and educational development of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social functioning.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic and emotional needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide policies and programs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid School Psychologist license or certification in Washington.
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, counseling techniques, and behavioral interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
