Job Summary

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, using a positive and clear speaking voice to understand their needs and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  2. Registration and Check-In: Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from our computer system, confirming pertinent details and making appropriate room selections based on guest needs.
  3. Payment and Accounting: Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization, handle cash and make change, balance the house bank, and post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using our computer system.
  4. Communication: Promptly answer phone calls using positive and clear communication, input messages into the computer, and retrieve messages to communicate with guests.
  5. Account Closure and Guest Satisfaction: Close guest accounts at check-out, ascertain satisfaction, and negotiate compromises as needed.
  6. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Field guest complaints, conduct thorough research to develop effective solutions, and negotiate results to resolve issues.
  7. Availability and Teamwork: Comply with attendance rules, be available to work on a regular basis, and perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Must have night and weekend availability.
