Job SummaryCrescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, using a positive and clear speaking voice to understand their needs and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Registration and Check-In: Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from our computer system, confirming pertinent details and making appropriate room selections based on guest needs.
- Payment and Accounting: Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization, handle cash and make change, balance the house bank, and post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using our computer system.
- Communication: Promptly answer phone calls using positive and clear communication, input messages into the computer, and retrieve messages to communicate with guests.
- Account Closure and Guest Satisfaction: Close guest accounts at check-out, ascertain satisfaction, and negotiate compromises as needed.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Field guest complaints, conduct thorough research to develop effective solutions, and negotiate results to resolve issues.
- Availability and Teamwork: Comply with attendance rules, be available to work on a regular basis, and perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Must have night and weekend availability.
