We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Senior Helpers Southern Maryland. As a PRN RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments of clients to identify their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with management to ensure the highest level of quality care is provided to our clients.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure they are providing the best possible care to our clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Respond promptly to client complaints and concerns, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Current RN license in Maryland or compact state.
- 1 year of long-term care experience preferred, but open to newly licensed RNs with a passion for home care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and interact with clients in a professional manner.
