Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance and Groundskeeper to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including grounds, buildings, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the maintenance supervisor in conducting regular inspections of buildings and other structures to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including pressure washing, painting, and landscaping.
  • Reconfigure and move furniture and equipment to accommodate changing user needs and optimize office space.
  • Prepare and apply paints and coatings to preserve wood and metal surfaces and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Order parts and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in maintenance or handy work.
  • Ability to navigate the property/building safely and efficiently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Working Conditions

The position requires frequent exposure to outdoor climate and weather conditions.

Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
