We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProHealth Partners Inc. in Norwalk, OH.

About the Role:

  • Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork, and turn in payroll.
  • Keep open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience.
  • Facilitate communication with Physical Therapist Assistant to manage patient care.
  • Complete Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge visits and paperwork.
  • Attend meetings and case conferences.

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapist Licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Ability to travel to patient's home or facility.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Home healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius of Norwalk, OH.
